（七）加强高校科普队伍建设。高校应建强校科协，设置秘书处专职工作岗位，配备专职工作人员，统筹协调学校科普工作。建设师生协同、专兼结合、结构合理的科普队伍，加强科普队伍规范管理和专业培训，支持开展高校科普研究，总结实践经验与规律。支持建设科普创作中心或科技资源科普化平台，提升队伍科普创作与科普服务水平。
